CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick, lean, pork chops
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 tsp. salt, optional
1/4 tsp. pepper, optional
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown. Place in casserole dish. Cover with rice. Mix soup with the milk. Pour over rice, making sure to cover all the rice. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
