CHICKEN BAKE PORK CHOPS 
4 thick pork chops
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Minute Rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Season chops and brown in frying pan. Place in a casserole. Cover with rice. Mix soup and milk and pour over the chops and rice, being careful to cover the rice with liquid. Cover tightly. Bake in moderate 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Chicken soup will be absorbed into chops and rice.
