CHICKEN BAKED PORK CHOPS 
6 thick pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. drippings
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk

Season chops with salt and pepper. Brown chops in drippings and place in baking dish. Cover with rice. Mix soup and milk, pour over chops and rice, being careful to cover rice with liquid. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
