MARINATED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano
4 chicken breasts (not boneless or skinless)

Combine all ingredients. Marinate breasts for 1 hour (or longer). Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes to 1 hour in 9x13 inch pan or casserole dish. baste every 10 minutes. Cook chicken in marinade.
