MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS | |
8 lg. chicken breasts deboned 8 slices bacon 1/4 lb. chopped beef 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/4 c. Vermouth or white wine Use 8 x 12 inch pan grease. Place chipped or dried beef in strips on bottom of pan. Wrap bacon strips around breasts and place open end down on top of beef. Mix soup, sour cream and wine. Pour over and refrigerate 2 or 3 hours. Bake 2 or 3 hours at 275 degrees. Two hours generally does it. If you want smaller portions, you may cut the breasts in half. This is excellent for company and easy to serve. Try rice with it. |
