PEANUT BUTTER PINWHEELS 
1 stick butter, softened
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
Milk
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together butter and sugar with vanilla and salt and enough milk to form a dough ball. Refrigerate until chilled. Split in half. Roll out the dough until thin. Spread 1/2 of the peanut butter over the rolled out dough. Roll into a jelly roll. Chill. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
