1 c. white sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. half & half
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Stir top 3 ingredients with finger in bottom of pie shell. Add boiling water. Stir well and add 1/4 of half & half and mix. Then swirl cream in.
