FESTIVAL DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. walnut, optional

Mix and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

1 c. icing sugar
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip or Dream Whip

Blend well. Spread on cool base, let set.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pistachio instant pudding mix
3 c. milk

Pour over 2nd layer.

When third layer is firm spread 1 cup Cool Whip or Dream Whip over it. Decorate with grated chocolate (optional).
