RHUBARB PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3 egg yolks, beaten
3 tbsp. half and half cream
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
Meringue

Mix flour and sugar. Add egg yolks and cream. Add rhubarb. Cook on top of stove until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue.
