2 bunch broccoli
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Velveeta or American)
1 pkg. stuffing mix

Chop broccoli and cook slightly. Cook stuffing according to package. Mix broccoli, egg, Miracle Whip, soup and cheese. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan (greased). Top with stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
