4 c. white sugar
8 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. milk
1 c. butter

Mix first 4 ingredients together in large pot. Bring to full rolling boil. Boil exactly 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add:

2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chunky peanut butter
6 c. oatmeal

Stir well to mix and drop from teaspoon onto paper lined cookie sheets. Chill until firm.
