2 sm. pkgs. lime or lemon Jello
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. chopped celery (opt.)
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. whipped cream
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. salad dressing
3 tbsp. chopped cherries
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Dissolve the Jello in the boiling water. Add the cold water, pineapple juice, salt and cream cheese. Beat until cheese is mixed well. Add celery and let set partially. Fold in whipped cream, crushed pineapple, chopped cherries and nuts. Chill and let set.
