MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can mushroom soup
12 tortillas
Grated cheese

Brown meat and onion. Drain and season with salt and pepper. Stir in soup and tomatoes. Put 6 tortillas in dish, spread with half of mixture. Put down 6 more tortillas and cover with the rest of meat. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until good and hot.
