PEACH CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix (yellow)
1 lb. can peach pie filling
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 c. butter

Combine cake mix and pie filling, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon extract, nuts. Beat at low speed until completely moistened about 1 minute. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Spread batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

Combine topping ingredients with a fork. Blend until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter; add nuts it you like.
