Yellow cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
Whipped cream
Cinnamon and sugar mixture

Make cake mix according to "lite" directions. Pour batter into well greased 9 by 13 pan. Mix cheese and eggs until blended; then add vanilla and sugar and mix well. Place this mixture on top of uncooked cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes. Test for doneness like regular cakes. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture 2 minutes before removing from oven. Serve with whipped cream if desired.
