3/4 c. grated zucchini
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter or 6 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

Mix first ingredients well. Add egg and beat. Add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
