ARLENE'S SHRIMP 
2 lb. lg. shrimp
1/2 c. 1000 Island dressing
1/2 c. French dressing
1 lb. bacon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. baking powder

Fry bacon. Set aside. Saute shrimp in bacon drippings. Add dressings, salt and pepper. Cook until warm. Stir in baking powder just before serving. Serve over rice.
