CARNE GUISADA 
4 1/2 lbs. lean, chopped beef cubes
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. water if needed
Garlic juice, to taste
Meat tenderizer
3/4 tsp. ground cumin
2 cans tomatoes with green chilies
Seasoned pepper, to taste
Salt, to taste
3 to 4 onions, chopped
Oil for frying

Brown meat in oil with tenderizer, add chopped onions and, if needed, water. Simmer until onions are tender. Add flour; stir. Add remaining ingredients cover and simmer until done, stirring often.
