Round steak in cubes
Ground cumin
Ground pepper
Ground garlic clove or powder
Green pepper
Onions
Flour
Water
Salt
Pepp er
Oil
Mashed tomatoes

Place very little cooking oil in pan, add cubed meat. Let cook until water is gone and meat is well browned. Add mashed tomatoes and spices and cook for a minute or two. Make a thin paste of flour and water and add to mixture. Add chopped onion and green pepper and let simmer until onion and green pepper are cooked. (If gravy thickens, add water.)
