RHUBARB PIE 
2 or 3 c. diced rhubarb
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c.. sugar
3 egg yolks

Mix rhubarb with flour, cinnamon, sugar, and yolks. Bake about 30-40 minutes or until set.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Beat together until stiff and spread on pie and bake.
