4 c. apples, cubed
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. pecan nuts

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon. Set aside. Mix eggs, oil and vanilla. Add flour and nuts. Add to apple mixture and mix.

Bake in greased tube pan at 350°F for 1 hour.
