STRAWBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 pkg. lg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. strawberry Jello
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1 bag frozen strawberries
1 can evaporated milk (must be refrigerated at least 12 hours)

Blend cheese with couple of tablespoons of pineapple juice. Put rest of pineapple in large pan with sugar and heat until bubbly. Put in Jello powder, cheese, strawberries, and marshmallows. Stir marshmallows until melted. Whip chilled evaporated milk until thick and fold together. Makes a wonderful Jello mold or buy the ready made graham cracker pie or tart crusts and it makes a wonderful strawberry/pineapple cheesecake!
