BAMBINI 
1 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. grated mozzarella
1/4 c. Parmesan
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
3 1/2 oz. (16-20 slices) thin pepperoni

1. Combine ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan.

2. Unroll crescent dough, separate and cut each biscuit in half.

3. Place slice of pepperoni to 1 side of triangle.

4. Top with tablespoon of cheese mixture.

5. Fold dough over to enclose filling and pinch edges carefully to seal.

6. Transfer to a lightly greased baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough, pepperoni and cheese mixture.

7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
