JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1 (9") unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vinegar

Combine eggs, butter and sugar; mix well. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes longer or until set.
