FRUIT BREAD 
1 lb. loaf Rich's frozen bread dough
3/4 c. fruit and peel mix (or fruit cake mix)

1. Thaw and raise dough according to directions.

2. Roll out to a 8 x 12 rectangle.

3. Spread stick of butter on rectangle, sprinkle with lots of cinnamon and sugar spread fruit on top.

4. Roll like a jelly roll. Seal by pinching edges together.

5. Place on greased cookie sheet.

6. Use serrated knife or kitchen scissors to snip to within 1/2 to 3/4 inch from bottom of bun roll every 1 to 1 1/2 inch spaces.

7. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Let cool completely.

9. Frosted with thin 10X sugar mixed with a couple tablespoons butter (melted) and some milk to make thin, drizzle over top of bun roll.
