1 pkg. white chocolate
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, about 2 rolls needed out of box
1 (18 oz.) peanut butter

Sandwich peanut butter between 2 Ritz crackers make about 25 of these. Then follow the directions on the package of white chocolate to melt in microwave. Dip sandwiches in the white chocolate and lay on wax paper until firm. Store in airtight container.
