TROPICAL DREAM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. diced bananas

Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Blend in undrained pineapple and vanilla. Sift together flours, salt, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Blend into pineapple. Mix. Stir in bananas.

Bake in greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until it tests done (off center). Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan to rack.
