PEPPERONI QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. diced mozzarella cheese
2 oz. diced pepperoni (about 1/2 c.)
5 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. basil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sprinkle cheese and pepperoni on bottom of 9 inch pie plate. In medium bowl with fork, beat eggs, milk, and basil. Pour over cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
