1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic
Dash of salt

Mix all ingredients and cook a few minutes. Soak meat for a couple of hours, then barbecue. Also good on chicken.
