SOUTHWEST TUNA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) can Starkist tuna, drained, flaked into lg. pieces
2 med. tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 med. avocado, peeled, cut into chunks
1/2 c. sliced onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 c. Heinz distilled white vinegar
Dash salt
Dash pepper
Dairy sour cream
Tortilla chips
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Lettuce cups

In large bowl, lightly combine first 5 ingredients. For dressing, combine vinegar, oil, salt and pepper in jar; cover and shake vigorously. Pour dressing over tuna mixture; toss gently to coat. Spoon salad into lettuce cups. Top with a teaspoon of sour cream. Serve salad with tortilla chips. Garnish with avocado slices if desired. Makes 4 servings (about 5 cups).
