MOLDED TUNA SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tuna, flaked
1 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add vinegar and salt; chill. When slightly thickened add the other ingredients except lettuce, mixing well. Turn into mold. Chill. Unmold and serve on lettuce leaves.

NOTE: Be sure and drain tuna before adding to the other ingredients.
