ORANGE GLAZE 
1 1/4 c. icing sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
grated peel of 1 orange

Put icing sugar and orange juice into a small mixing bowl. Add vanilla and stir with a wooden spoon. Add grated orange peel with wooden spoon.

Glaze may be used over an angel food cake. Spread glaze out to the edges of cake with a metal spatula and let it dribble down the sides.
