PUMPKIN CUSTARD CAKE | |
3 beaten extra-lg. eggs 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 lg. vanilla cake mix 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 lg. can pumpkin (29 oz.) 1 1/4 stick butter, melted Mix everything except the cake mix and melted butter in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix well. Pour cake mix over top of pumpkin mixture. Add the melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and serve with whipped cream. |
