APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 med. all-purpose apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream at room temp.
1/4 c. lemon juice from concentrate
Ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as package directs; stir in apples. Pour into a well greased and floured 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven; spread cream mixture over top. Return to oven; bake 10 minutes longer or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
