APPLE RAISIN SNACK CAKE 
2/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 - layer spice cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend salad dressing and eggs at low speed with electric mixer until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add apples and raisins. Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost (below).

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter spread
1/2 tsp. rum extract
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Blend spread and extract. Add sugar, beating at high speed with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Spread over cake. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
