1 1/2 c. cooking apples
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. zweibach crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cook apples in butter. Mix other ingredients and cook until thick. Line bottom of pan with crumbs. Put apples in and pour filling on top. Sprinkle rest of crumbs over top and bake 30 minutes on 350 degrees for 13'x9"x2" pan.
