FRIED CORN 
2 pkgs. Shoepeg corn
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. water
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour

Boil corn 2 minutes. Melt butter in frying pan, put corn and sugar in pan, stir and let simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle flour over top of corn, stir add water. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes. Serves 6.
