LENA'S FRIED CORN 
2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
1/2 c. self-rising flour
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp. cooking oil

Heat cooking oil in a medium skillet until hot. Mix corn and flour, salt and pepper. Pour into skillet. Cook on medium heat with a lid, until corn is brown. Turn it over until brown.

Serves 4 or 5. Easy and quick.
