CORN AND BROWN RICE STIR - FRY 
1 lg. can corn, drained
1/4 c. water
4 c. brown rice
2 tbsp. soy sauce (low sodium)
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Place corn in skillet sprayed with non-stick coating. Saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Add water, rice, and soy sauce. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and add green onion. Serves 4.
