BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 c. plain flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 - 2 c. blueberries
1/2 c. applesauce
1/2 c. skim milk
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients. Blend moist ingredients and add to flour mix. Fold in blueberries. Grease muffin tin with vegetable cooking spray. Fill tin and bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
