PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE 
STANDARD GRAHAM GRAHAM CRUST:

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter

Blend. Press mixture over bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

Contrasts in texture and flavor make this pie special. The crunchy graham cracker crust is an ideal background for the large juicy chunks of pineapple in a creamy cheese filling.

FILLING:

4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can (2 1/2) pineapple chunks

Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together until fluffy. Stir in well drained pineapple chunks. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. sugar

Mix together the sour cream, vanilla and sugar. Spread over top of pie. Return to 375 degree oven and bake 5 minutes.
