BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 c. shred's whole bran cereal
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and fill paper muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
