CHOCOLATE MOUSSE | |
1 1/2 c. cold low fat milk 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello sugar free instant pudding & pie filling, chocolate flavor 1 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping Raspberries (opt.) Mint leaves (opt.) Pour milk into small bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes. Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with additional whipped topping, raspberries and mint leaves, if desired. Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings. About 100 calories per serving (without garnish). |
