BLINTZ SOUFFLE 
1 pkg. frozen blintzes (6)
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 stick butter

Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients. Melt butter in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Put in Blintzs and pour over beaten mixture. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
