MUSTARD COATED STEAKS 
2/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. whipping cream
2 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
2 (1 1/4 lb.) flank steaks (other steaks may also be used)

Mix first six ingredients. Coat steaks with mixture and marinate at least 6 hours. Cook on grill.
