BUTTERSCOTCH YULE LOG 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 egg white
Crushed pecans

Melt chips over hot water. Remove from water and stir in milk and vanilla. Add nuts and chill until firm enough to handle. Form into 12" to 15" roll. Whip 1 egg white and put over log then press in nuts and roll into waxed paper to look like a log. Chill and cut in 1/2" pieces.
