SNOWBALL CAKE 
1 lg. angel food cake
2 envs. unflavored gelatin
4 tbsp. hot water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can flaked coconut
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
4 pkgs. Dream Whip, prepared

Soften gelatin in cold water. Add boiling water, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and pineapple, stirring until gelatin is dissolved and cooled completely. Fold in 1/2 of dessert topping; chill until syrupy.

Cut cake into small pieces. Line a large mixing bowl with waxed paper. Alternate cake pieces with gelatin. Mash down with spoon after each layer of cake. Chill overnight; unmold. Frost cake with remaining topping. Sprinkle coconut over top and sides.
