1 can corned beef
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine
3 tbsp. mayonnaise (or more)
8 slices cheese
8 hard rolls

Mix beef with mayonnaise. Add onions and celery; mix well. Slice hard rolls; spread with meat mixture. Put slice of cheese on top. Wrap rolls in aluminum foil. Bake 15 or 20 minutes at 300 degrees. May be frozen unbaked and heated.
