OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE | |
1 c. white sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. shortening or butter 2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 c. sour cream Cream sugars and shortening. Add and cream remaining ingredients, except sour cream. Blend in sour cream last. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. TOPPING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Chopped walnuts (optional) Top with topping mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes uncovered. |
