OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2/3 c. softened butter
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Grease and lightly flour 13"x9" pan. In large bowl blend all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour batter in pan.

In small bowl blend topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy.
